On the third floor of this historic building, the loft has natural light on 3 sides, making the space feel relaxed and open. The room is large enough to accomodate showers, parties, corportate gatherings or wedding ceremonies.

Set up for a speaking event, this layout will seat up to 100 people

We can seat up to 150 guests for wedding ceremonies.

The Loft rents for $350/hr with a 2 hour minimum. This does not include the set up, breakdown and cleaning fees or the $500 refundable damage deposit.

The Ballroom is on the street level for easy access. This large open space will accommodate up to 150 guests for a full reception or large party.

Very popular for bridal and baby showers, this space is large enough for all your friends and family.

Weddings for up to 75 people can use the space for both the ceremony and reception. With the seperate banquet serving room and flex spaces available there is room to maneuver the flip in between.

The adjacent Banquet Room is large enough for the food line an all the delicious dishes being seved up.

The Ballroom rents for $150/hr with a 2 hour minimum. Set up, breakdown, cleaning fee and refundable $500 damage deposit not included.

With a total floor space of just over 1000 sq. ft. this suite of rooms is perfect for gatherings of up to 50 people.

The anteroom to this suite has cabinets, countertops and shelving for serving snacks or displaying merch.

The largest room in the suite, it is 30′ long x 12′ wide.

The center room is 12′ x 18′, just the right size for a small class or a large meeting.

The room on the right side of the anteroom is 12′ x 18′, with good lighting.

The Suite rents for $125/hr – 2 hour minimum with $500 refundable damage deposit.

We have six unique spaces in our building ready for your events. We can host weddings up to 135 people, bridal or baby showers, birthday parties and corporate events.

The Seven Gardens Art Studio in the building offers classes several days per week. Margot Jurgens is the on-site artist and is talented in a myriad of mediums.
